We are looking for a Creator & Influencer Manager to support and lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through delivery. This role will be responsible for managing creator relationships, coordinating campaign activities, supporting negotiations and reporting, and ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and in alignment with client objectives.
You will work closely with senior team members as well as cross-functional teams across Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and other marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and passionate about the evolving creator and social media landscape.
Support the end-to-end execution of influencer and creator marketing campaigns, including creator outreach, communications, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and ongoing campaign management.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
Manage relationships with a network of 50+ influencers/creators across multiple campaigns.
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and key milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Identify potential issues proactively and communicate risks or delays to senior team members.
Develop campaign briefs, creator guidelines, messaging frameworks, and other campaign materials based on client objectives.
Review creator content to ensure it aligns with campaign strategy, brand guidelines, messaging, and applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
Provide thoughtful feedback to creators and internal teams, with final content approval overseen by senior team members.
Bring new ideas and emerging creator trends to campaign planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators across relevant platforms and content categories.
Support the continued growth and development of the company's creator network.
Identify and evaluate potential creators based on campaign objectives, audience relevance, content quality, and performance.
Maintain accurate creator information, campaign records, and relationship history.
Support influencer campaign reporting and performance analysis.
Build and maintain data-entry templates, tracking documents, and campaign reporting processes.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, learnings, and opportunities for optimization.
Support the preparation of contracts and related documentation, with final approval from senior team members.
Ensure campaign records and deliverables are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Paid Media, SEO, and other internal teams to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
Participate in internal and client meetings and confidently communicate campaign updates, recommendations, and ideas.
Contribute to strategic discussions and help translate client objectives into effective creator marketing programs.
Serve as a key internal resource for influencer marketing platforms and tools.
Help establish best practices and efficient workflows for influencer campaign management.
Train and support new team members in the use of influencer marketing tools and processes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Coordinators and Associate Managers, helping ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution.
3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social media marketing, account management, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of the influencer marketing lifecycle, from creator identification and outreach through content delivery, reporting, and campaign wrap-up.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and creator relationships simultaneously.
Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, campaign management tools, and reporting systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve campaign issues proactively.
Understanding of influencer disclosure requirements, including FTC guidelines and best practices.
Comfortable participating in meetings, presenting ideas, and contributing to campaign strategy.
Passion for social media, creator culture, emerging platforms, and evolving influencer marketing trends.
Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms such as CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire, GRIN, or similar tools.
Previous experience working in an agency environment, particularly with multiple clients and fast-paced campaign timelines.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Strategy.
Experience managing large creator programs or 50+ creators across multiple campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong understanding of creator trends, emerging social platforms, influencer marketing best practices, and FTC compliance.
Experience mentoring or training junior team members.
