Creative Strategist (B2C Lead Generation) For a USA Client - Remote

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist across all of Latin America to own creative development for our client's B2C performance marketing campaigns. The focus is on direct-response ads that drive inbound leads and calls. This is a hands-on role—you’ll write, direct, and iterate fast based on what the data tells you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write scripts for video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV with a direct-response focus
• Develop shot lists and provide creative direction during production to ensure execution matches strategy
• Build creative concepts specifically for lead generation and call-driven campaigns
• Work with media buyers to review performance metrics and pivot creative based on what’s working
• Monitor competitor creatives and trends to keep our approach fresh
• Use AI tools to speed up scripting, iteration, and testing where applicable

Requirements

• B2C experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role focused on lead generation
• Strong track record in direct-response / performance marketing
• Proven script writing and creative direction skills
• Comfortable reading performance data and translating it into creative decisions
• Portfolio showing ads that drove measurable lead or call volume (metrics preferred)
• AI tool experience is a plus (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
