Creative Project Manager

We're partnering with our client, a healthcare marketing agency, to find a skilled Creative Project Manager. This is a remote, 12 month contract that needs to be worked from Colorado or Wyoming. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects through a major brand transformation. *Applications due October 15, 2026. *Creative Project Manager Responsibilities:* * Oversee daily execution of branding initiatives across assigned regional markets, including signage, digital assets, and collateral updates. * Provide direction and support to Program Coordinators, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and on schedule. * Coordinate the rollout of branding materials, ensuring alignment with national templates and brand standards. * Serve as a liaison between market teams, vendor partners, and the regional leadership to ensure smooth implementation. * Monitor project progress, manage timelines, identify potential issues, and escalate risks to stakeholders as needed. *Creative Project Manager Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related fields. * 5+ years managing multiple projects, preferably within the healthcare industry * Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Experience in implementation planning, stakeholder management, and change readiness. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or Google Drive. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
