We are looking for a Creative Producer on a contract basis to lead the execution and formatting of our high-volume B2B paid media ad campaigns. In this role, you will be the air traffic controller for our ad asset pipeline, turning our media buying strategies into platform-ready creatives for Google Ads (PMax/Demand Gen), Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, and Reddit and other B2B platforms. 

This is a remote freelance position. You will act as the operational bridge—taking performance data and briefs from our growth team, and coordinating our internal/external creative resources to rapidly output, format, and vary ad assets.

Scope of Work & Deliverables

• End-to-End Asset Production: Project manage the creation of B2B ad assets (video, static, motion graphics) from brief to final delivery, ensuring everything is on time and within budget.
• Pipeline Management: Own the weekly creative production queue, ensuring designers, copywriters, and video editors deliver assets on time.
• Google Ads Asset Coordination: Manage the high-volume assembly of text, image, and video assets required for Google Performance Max and Demand Gen configurations.
• Platform-Native Formatting: Quality-check and optimize all assets to ensure they strictly meet the unique technical and cultural specs of TikTok and Reddit.
• Rapid Iteration: Coordinate the quick-turn production of new hooks and variations based on weekly performance data to combat ad fatigue.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience freelancing or contracting as a digital ad producer, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or performance agencies.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok, and Reddit ad specs and user behaviors.
• Masterful project management skills using tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
• Channel Expertise: Deep familiarity with the exact technical specs, creative best practices, and user behaviors on Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Production Excellence: A proven track record of managing asset pipelines, timelines, and creative feedback loops without dropping the ball.
• Platform Fluency: You know what "native" feels like on Reddit and TikTok, and you understand how Google's automated networks assemble assets.
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to act as the traffic controller between performance marketers and the creative team.

For New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors and are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
