Position Overview

Position Overview We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and conversion. This role is focused on static and motion design—creating high-quality visuals for digital ads, social media, emails, and landing pages.

You will work directly with our leadership to interpret marketing goals and turn them into compelling visual assets. If you are a designer who understands layout, typography, and how to design for marketing results, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Creative & Social Media: Design eye-catching static visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads that stop the scroll and drive clicks.

  • Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality assets for email marketing campaigns, eBooks, whitepapers, and sales presentations.

  • Web & Landing Pages: Design visual elements and layouts for high-converting landing pages and website banners.

  • Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, digital ads, and web content using the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Performance-Informed Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the performance of creative assets, using data and A/B testing results to iterate on and improve future designs.

  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain and enforce our brand's visual identity, ensuring a high standard of creative excellence across all static and animated materials.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing team.

  • Proven Track Record: You must provide a portfolio of case studies that clearly demonstrate how your design work has achieved measurable marketing outcomes. Examples include:

  • Increased Conversion Rates: Landing pages or ads you designed that resulted in a quantifiable lift in conversions.

  • Improved Engagement: Social media graphics or videos that led to a significant increase in engagement metrics (CTR, shares, comments).

  • A/B Testing Wins: Examples of creative A/B tests you designed where your variant produced a statistically significant improvement.

  • Creative Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on creating both static designs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and compelling motion graphics.

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling creative and use data to inform design decisions.

  • Strong Foundation: Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

  • Portfolio: A link to an online portfolio showcasing marketing designs (ads, social posts, brochures, etc.) is required.

  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills are required for collaborating with US teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Canva, After Effects, or Premiere) are a plus, but not required.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot for creating and optimizing email and landing page designs.

  • Familiarity with Figma for rapid prototyping and collaboration.
