The Creative Excellence & Integrated Communications manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end integration of media, PR activation, social, HCP and Influencer management, and creative execution to deliver cohesive, high-performing brand experiences. This role consolidates responsibilities across multiple disciplines into a single point of leadership, ensuring aligned strategy, streamlined execution, and stronger accountability for performance, creative quality, and ROI.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated brand strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (media, PR, social, experiential, HCP and Influencer).

  • Drive creative excellence, ensuring consistent, best-in-class storytelling across all touchpoints.

  • Serve as the central cross-functional leader across Brand, Media, Creative, PR, and agency partners.

  • Oversee media planning and execution in partnership with Media AOR, including optimization and performance tracking.

  • Direct PR and social strategies to enhance brand equity, cultural relevance, and earned impact.

  • Manage and optimize agency ecosystem (media, creative, PR, social, website), including scope, performance, and budgets.

  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes, driving continuous optimization.

  • Establish learning agendas and apply insights (consumer, competitive, media effectiveness) to improve ROI.

  • Partner with Brand, digital commerce and sales teams to accelerate precision marketing and digital capabilities.

  • Ensure alignment with global planning, buying, and reporting standards.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.

  • 7 + years in integrated marketing, media, communications, or agency roles (CPG or healthcare preferred).

  • Deep expertise across media, PR, social, and creative development.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners.

  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong creative judgment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Solid analytical background with knowledge of media mathematical models and formulas.

  • Knowledge of media and research tools.

  • Strong written, verbal presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, diplomacy, credibility, and ability to negotiate. 

  • Position requires extensive interaction with internal and external senior leaders. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with direct authority.

  • Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs.

The salary range for this position is:

$122.250,00 - $176.583,33
