Working Hours & Availability
Themis is a remote-first team that primarily operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET. Availability expectations may vary depending on the role, team, and whether the position is customer-facing, but all roles require meaningful overlap with our standard operating hours for collaboration, meetings, and time-sensitive business needs.
We support flexibility where possible, but regular or extended blocks of unavailable time during standard business hours should be discussed and aligned in advance.
