Help Providers Achieve Successful CQC Registration

Delphi Care Solutions is seeking experienced CQC Registration Consultants to join our growing network of specialist consultants.

We support care providers across England with new registrations, Registered Manager applications, change applications, service expansions and regulatory compliance projects. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for consultants with a proven track record of securing successful CQC registrations and guiding providers through the registration process from initial enquiry through to approval.

Whether supporting a first-time provider, launching a new domiciliary care service, registering a supported living service or preparing a Registered Manager for interview, you will play a key role in helping organisations establish safe, compliant and successful services.

This opportunity is ideally suited to experienced Registered Managers, Nominated Individuals, Operations Managers, Quality & Compliance Professionals and Independent Consultants with extensive knowledge of CQC registration requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing registration projects from initial consultation through to submission
• Supporting providers with Provider, Location and Registered Manager applications
• Preparing and reviewing Statements of Purpose
• Producing registration documentation and supporting evidence
• Reviewing policies and procedures against regulatory requirements
• Advising clients on CQC expectations and registration best practice
• Conducting registration readiness assessments
• Preparing applicants for registration interviews and fit person assessments
• Managing project timelines and application progress
• Providing regular communication and updates to clients
• Supporting providers with post-registration compliance planning

What We're Looking For

• A demonstrable track record of securing successful CQC registrations across one or more regulated activities
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards and registration requirements
• Experience drafting Statements of Purpose and registration documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A professional, consultative and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate

Highly Desirable Experience

• Previous Registered Manager experience
• Previous Nominated Individual experience
• Operations Management experience
• Quality & Compliance Management experience
• Experience supporting providers through registration interviews
• Experience within Domiciliary Care, Supported Living, Residential Care or Nursing Care services
• Experience managing multiple registration projects simultaneously
