As a Corporate Compliance Specialist, you will work with the Director of Compliance in managing the Company’s disclosure program, including conducting compliance investigations and inquiries.

Requirements: 

• Associate’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field AND 4 years of experience in compliance in the healthcare industry  

• Ability to obtain certification as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within one year of hire  
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings  
     

Preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree business administration, healthcare administration or related field AND 2 years of experience in compliance in the healthcare industry 

• Prior experience with compliance tracking systems and navigating EHR systems 

Responsibilities: 

• Manages incoming disclosure program complaints and inquiries through the Investigation cycle, from initial report to closure. 

• Conducts internal investigations of compliance issues in accordance with company policy with minimal supervision. 

• Manages reporting system that maintains a log of compliance inquiries and investigations. 

• Ensures identified overpayments are returned promptly and maintains documentation related to repayment. 

• Assists with the daily operations of the compliance program. 

• Assists in developing periodic reporting on the disclosure program, including monthly and quarterly reports. 

• Performs basic data analytics functions. 

• Works on special projects enhancing the compliance program at Pinnacle. 

• Performs other duties as required.
