The Corporate Capture Analyst supports business development and capture activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle, including qualification, shaping, and proposal readiness. They manage internal pipeline meetings, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance priority opportunities.
JOB SUMMARY
The Corporate Capture Analyst will support Business Development and Capture activities across the opportunity lifecycle. Work closely with the Bids & Proposal Director to help identify, qualify, shape and advance priority opportunities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Capture Management
Support capture activities across all phases of the opportunity lifecycle, including qualification, shaping and positioning and proposal readiness.
Assist in gathering customer and market intelligence through research, customer engagements and industry events.
Manage internal BD and pipeline calls and coordinate weekly meetings with capture consultants and the executive team.
Prepare and distribute agendas, notes, and follow-up actions for all capture and partner meetings.
Coordinate email and LinkedIn communications to partners and customers.
Develop pitch decks, capability briefs, white papers, one-pagers, and capability matrices; track distribution and responses.
Support executive meeting preparation with background materials and talking points.
Manage opportunity pipeline, conduct opportunity research, and facilitate Go/No-Go discussions with supporting documentation
Analyze change documents comparing current and prior solicitations and summarize key differences
Serve as point of contact for IDIQ vehicles and maintain organized records in SharePoint; Partner with Contracts to create new SIN opportunities under GSA vehicles.
Business Development
Monitor priorities, procurement forecasts, industry trends and customer activities
Identify emerging opportunities and help assess alignment with capabilities and growth objectives
Support customer outreach efforts and attend meetings, conferences and industry events as appropriate
Contribute to internal knowledge management, lessons learned, and capture best practices
Collaborate effectively across business development, operations, recruiting and proposal teams

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualifications
3-5 years of professional experience supporting Federal customers, programs, or accounts.
Experience supporting business development, capture, program management, or related growth-oriented functions within the federal market.
Familiarity with FAR regulations related to proposal and capture management for leading teams through proposal and capture in government contracting space
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to grow into increasing capture and business development responsibility.
Preferred
Experience supporting federal capture efforts, proposal development, or opportunity shaping activities.
Military service or experience supporting military customers.
Experience using CRM and opportunity tracking tools.
Experience supporting federal proposals, capture activities, or opportunity identification efforts.
