Position Overview

City Year has a team of recruiters distributed across the nation to recruit more than 3,000 qualified and diverse AmeriCorps members to complete a year of service at one of City Year’s 29 service locations. Conversion Recruiters are responsible for cultivating prospective candidates sourced through marketing campaigns and Community Partnership Manager portfolios. They guide candidates through the application process and support them in taking the next steps toward serving as City Year AmeriCorps members.
