THE ROLE
WowSuite is hiring a hands-on CRO Specialist to improve the commercial performance of ecommerce, lead-generation, subscription and telehealth funnels.

We run Meta, Taboola and Outbrain style funnels, including presell pages, index pages, checkouts and upsells. Most of our traffic is paid and mobile.

This is not a basic "button color" CRO role or a pure design role. You will use data, customer behavior, AI and experimentation to identify where funnels lose money, determine why, and decide what to test next.

This is an AI-first role. AI should be part of your normal workflow for research, analytics, testing, QA and reporting. Copy and design skills are a strong bonus, but not the main requirement.

MAIN GOAL
Increase profitable revenue from the traffic we already have.

Performance is measured by commercial results, not activity.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Analyze the full funnel from traffic source through landing page, checkout, payment, upsells and retention.
• Identify the highest-value conversion and economic constraints using data.
• Build and prioritize a CRO testing backlog based on expected commercial impact.
• Design and analyze structured A/B tests with clear hypotheses, primary metrics and guardrails.
• Improve CVR, revenue per visitor/click, AOV, payment completion, upsell rate and profitability.
• Segment performance by traffic source, campaign, device, geography and funnel path.
• Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, reviews, support data and customer research to understand behavior.
• Turn findings into specific test recommendations for offers, copy, UX, page structure, checkout, proof and payment flows.
• Give clear briefs to designers, copywriters and developers and review execution against the CRO hypothesis.
• Use AI for research, analysis, SQL/formulas, test ideas, variants and reporting.
• QA tests across mobile, desktop, tracking, pricing, checkout and payment.
• Clearly report what was tested, why, the result, economic impact, decision and next test.
• Move winners live quickly.

REQUIRED SKILLS
You should be strong in:

• CRO and full-funnel analysis.
• Ecommerce, lead generation or digital growth.
• A/B testing and structured experimentation.
• Funnel and step-level conversion analysis.
• CVR, revenue per visitor/click, AOV, CAC/CPA and commercial metrics.
• Traffic, campaign, device and geography segmentation.
• GA4, PostHog, OpenPanel or similar analytics tools.
• Excel or Google Sheets.
• Heatmaps and session recordings.
• AI-assisted research, analytics and reporting.
• Professional written and spoken English.

SQL or AI-assisted SQL is a strong advantage.

BONUS SKILLS

• Copywriting and offer presentation.
• Mobile-first UX and ecommerce design.
• Figma or equivalent wireframing/design tools.
• Creating wireframes, layouts and CRO mockups.

WHO WILL DO WELL
We want someone who can move from analysis to execution without waiting for multiple teams.

You should be able to read the numbers, identify the likely problem, research it, write a clear test brief, QA the implementation and determine whether the business result improved. If you can also write copy or sketch layouts, even better.
