Role summary

Drive the standardization, governance, and adoption of Business Controls and management reporting processes across multiple European countries. The role supports financial integrity, reporting consistency, and successful integration of financial data into consolidation and reporting platforms.

Your mission

• Lead the standardization and governance of Business Controls and management reporting processes across Europe.

• Define and maintain Chart of Accounts, reporting hierarchies, financial dimensions, and master data structures.

• Support Trial Balance mapping, validation, reconciliation, and integration into OneStream and related reporting platforms.

• Coordinate testing, training, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful process adoption and compliance.

• Identify reporting and control gaps, drive remediation actions, and improve reporting accuracy, transparency, and consistency.

Required Qualifications

• French - B2/C1 level

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controls, management reporting, finance transformation, or a related finance process area

• Knowledge of Record-to-Report processes and Business Controls

• Experience with Chart of Accounts, reporting hierarchies, financial dimensions, and financial data governance

• Experience with consolidation and reporting systems, preferably OneStream or similar EPM platforms

• Understanding of Trial Balance integration, validation, and reconciliation processes

• Knowledge of ERP financial structures and their impact on reporting and consolidation

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial governance, and management reporting

• Experience collaborating with finance, IT, audit, and external service provider teams across multiple countries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives within a multinational environment

• Experience delivering User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and business process training

• Exposure to financial consolidation and performance reporting environments

• Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail

• Project and stakeholder management experience
