This is a remote position.
We're a UK-based school catering software company going through a busy period and we need an extra pair of hands to help us keep things moving.
The role is fully remote and will be contracted until Mid-July
You'll be supporting our delivery and customer care teams with a mix of practical tasks: setting up and configuring new client accounts on our platform, helping to respond to client queries, and generally keeping the wheels turning during a high volume stretch.
You'll need to be the kind of person who reads what's in front of them, works it out, and gets on with it. There's no lengthy handover or time to ease in gently, so comfort with learning on the job and asking the right questions quickly is essential. Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, or admin-heavy environment would be a bonus, but attitude and pace matter more than a specific background.

- Strong written communication, you'll be dealing directly with clients
- Comfortable with web-based platforms and picking up new systems quickly
- Organised and reliable, especially when managing multiple tasks at once
- Available to start promptly and commit to the full contract period
