About the Role

We are looking for a Contracts Representative who will manage assigned government contracts by maintaining catalogs, adding and optimizing products, supporting contract administration, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement while meeting department KPIs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned government contracts remain accurate, compliant, and well-maintained, with catalog, pricing, and contract information kept current and reliable.
  • New products are added efficiently, and contract catalogs are optimized to improve competitiveness, customer value, and revenue opportunities.
  • Contract requests, tickets, and operational tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
  • Contract risks, data discrepancies, and operational issues are identified early and resolved proactively, minimizing errors and maintaining business continuity.
  • Internal stakeholders receive responsive, reliable support, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration and timely contract execution.
  • Processes are continuously improved through data analysis and operational insights, increasing efficiency, reducing manual effort, and supporting the scalability of the Contracts team.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Growth & SKU Management

  • Own the end-to-end process of adding new products to assigned contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new products.
  • Coordinate vendor selection, product onboarding, and contract catalog updates.
  • Analyze product performance, pricing, and market trends to maximize revenue and contract competitiveness.
  • Maintain accurate product, vendor, and pricing information across assigned contracts.

Contract Administration & Maintenance

  • Maintain assigned contracts by updating pricing, SLAs, Terms & Conditions, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure contract information remains accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential compliance or operational risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine contract administration inquiries.
  • Escalate complex contract issues to senior team members when appropriate.

Operational Support & Issue Resolution

  • Manage assigned contract requests, tickets, and operational tasks through completion.
  • Resolve routine contract issues while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Meet departmental productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and reduce errors.
  • Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and customer needs.
  • Share knowledge and provide support to teammates when needed.
  • Promote accountability, ownership, and a collaborative team culture.

Role Reality

This role operates in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where priorities can shift based on customer needs, contract requirements, and business objectives. Success requires strong attention to detail, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

You May Be a Strong Fit If

  • You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and proactively solve problems instead of waiting for direction.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve, and you're able to adapt without losing focus on quality or deadlines.
  • You enjoy analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and using insights to drive better business outcomes.
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, understanding that accuracy is critical when managing contracts, pricing, and catalog information.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.

  • You are comfortable balancing independent work with teamwork, knowing when to make decisions on your own and when to seek support.
  • You value accountability, integrity, and delivering a positive experience for our people, partners, and customers.

This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If

  • You prefer highly structured environments where priorities rarely change.
  • You are uncomfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • You prefer to focus on contract administration without broader operational ownership.
  • You avoid difficult conversations, accountability, or cross-functional collaboration.
  • You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities with limited ambiguity.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, operations, data analytics, or a related business function.
  • Experience managing large datasets, catalogs, pricing, or product information with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment when resolving issues.
  • Ability to work during our core business hours of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
  • Excited about remote work and collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
