Content Producer 

Game Lounge is looking for a Swedish-speaking Content Producer to join Team Nordics on a consultancy basis. You will understand the needs of casino players and sports betting fans and turn that knowledge into high-quality, engaging content across written and video formats, for our owned sites and assigned partnership sites. Content is produced efficiently using AI tools and standard SEO tools, and every piece is reviewed to editorial standards, brand tone of voice, factual accuracy and market regulations before publication. You will work closely with the Region Head, the Market Operations Manager, and the Partnerships, Video and Social teams.

What You'll Deliver

Content production

• High-quality, compelling casino and sports betting content in written and video formats, across owned and partnership sites, in line with briefs, the brand tone of voice and the style guide.
• Betting tips for the relevant sites, as well as casino content.
• Content tailored to the target audience, based on a clear understanding of who they are and what they need.
• Evergreen content ideas relevant to each assigned site.
• Original writing where appropriate, plus editing and proofreading to meet editorial standards.

AI-assisted content production

• Use AI tools to draft, produce and scale content, writing clear briefs and prompts and applying the right templates and guidelines.
• Act as the named human reviewer for AI-assisted content: fact-check, edit and approve every piece before publication.
• Keep a clear record of review and approval for published content in line with company process.
• Continuously improve prompts, briefs and workflows to raise output quality and efficiency.

SEO and optimisation

• Assist with market-specific keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation, and implement SEO recommendations.
• Carry out content, keyword and optimisation benchmarking using existing templates and guidelines.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Keep published content and operator offers current, in line with the latest information, market trends, SEO strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyse content performance and suggest ideas to improve the content experience.

Collaboration

• Deliver assigned content in line with the editorial calendar and agreed deadlines.
• Recommend technical and commercial improvements that support sustainable content growth, including video.
• Coordinate with the Video, Design, CRM and Social teams so content is supported by strong videos and imagery and adapted for social channels.
• Support relationships with tipsters and other external contributors within the Partnership organisation.
• Contribute to CRM campaigns, promos and adverts when needed.
• Upload content assets to the CMS (WordPress) and keep shared documentation (Confluence) and Jira tasks up to date for a transparent information flow.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Swedish, with strong written English.
• Proven experience producing iGaming content (casino and/or sports betting) and a good understanding of the Swedish market and its regulations.
• Hands-on experience with AI writing tools, combined with strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Experience working with WordPress or a similar CMS, and with Jira/Confluence.
• Self-driven and organised, comfortable managing your own deliverables and deadlines.
