Responsibilities

  • Ensure the CurseForge project library maintains high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety.
  • Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback for mods and addons while adhering to content, EULA, and ToS policies.
  • Provide regular daily and weekly reports, maintaining open communication with HQ.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Support, R&D, and QA, to address daily operational challenges.
  • Respond to creator inquiries via multiple communication channels.
  • Proactively enhance both the front-end and back-end project uploading processes, and develop assistance guides and how-to articles.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the user support field.
  • Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrating patience and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a track record of independently driving projects to completion.
  • Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to apply policies while considering business context and exercising sound judgment.


Bonus points 

  • Prior experience in technological environments or software companies.
  • A solid understanding of various file types and folder structures.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, LUA, or others.
  • A Minecraft player
