The Content & Curriculum Associate will lead the creation and updating of career development content for an AI-driven career coach. They will collaborate across teams to refine content, manage feedback loops, and establish quality control systems for AI interactions.

CareerVillage.org is dedicated to democratizing access to career information and advice for underrepresented people. As our Content & Curriculum Associate, you’ll be a leader in taking the content and effectiveness of our AI Career Coach, Coach, to the next level.
This is an individual contributor role that reports directly to our Coaching & Learning Expert.
Please note: This role sits at the intersection of two ever-evolving fields: career development and AI. The responsibilities of this role will change as CareerVillage adapts to field learnings. Candidates who are adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and embrace a growth-mindset for learning new technology will be a great fit.

We are a remote-first organization and can hire for this role within the United States. Candidates must be physically located in the U.S. and eligible to work here. We expect employees to work within normal business hours in the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones. Hybrid work is optional in NYC. CareerVillage.org has team members worldwide, with our HQ in Palo Alto, CA.
Please expect a minimum of 3 rounds in the interview process (initial phone screening, possible skills assessment, and typically two interview rounds).
