The Content and Social Media Manager will own the editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, email, and sales channels to drive brand awareness. They will also manage press releases, adapt video content, and track performance metrics to optimize the content strategy.
Oddin.gg is the leading B2B esports betting infrastructure provider. We provide the content, odds, infrastructure, and data-driven innovations that power betting for sportsbook and platform operators worldwide. Founded in 2018, we’re trusted today by some of the leading sportsbooks in the world and are growing our product catalog to offer even more content.
We’re now searching for a Content and Social Media Manager to take charge of our editorial engine across multiple channels and touchpoints. In this role, you will write and launch material for our blog, website, sales collateral, press releases, and email campaigns, collaborating with internal subject matter experts to produce authoritative content that generates brand awareness and qualified leads.
Sound exciting? There’s more. You’ll also own the day-to-day strategy and calendar for LinkedIn, our main social channel, creating narratives and testing emerging formats to build a consistent presence that drives leads.
This is a serious writing role. The perfect candidate is someone who gets excited about coming up with new narratives and experimenting with emerging content types. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead and turn conversations with traders, product managers, and executives into articles that position Oddin as the industry leader.
Own the editorial calendar across blog, LinkedIn, email, and sales content: plan it, write for it, ship it—on schedule

4+ years in content marketing, editorial, or communications, ideally in B2B tech; bonus if you’ve worked in and are familiar with iGaming, betting, or a similarly regulated industry
A portfolio spanning long-form and social content you've personally written and shipped, not just managed
Experience creating content for LinkedIn as a B2B channel: you know what performs, you have strong opinions about content, and you can translate strategic direction into posts that land
Experience turning technical input into readable, credible content
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, small-team environment; you don't need a playbook handed to you
Familiarity with esports, gaming culture, or the betting industry
Experience with HubSpot
Background in a startup or scale-up environment
Interest in AI as a working tool: you're already experimenting with it in your own writing and research process
Comfort with a global audience: you've adapted content across regions or markets and can work with translators, regional partners, and AI tools to localize
This is a fully remote position, but you must be able to work CET hours. Be sure to include a link to your portfolio with samples of long- and short-form content that you’ve created and case studies that tell us how you think about and approach challenges.
