ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Consumer Tech Training professional to support a global Shopify enablement program, acting as the bridge between technical implementation and business operations for a large-scale Unified Commerce initiative. You will develop training frameworks and documentation, coordinate cross-functional workflows across technical and regional teams, and drive adoption of Shopify platform tools and new ways of working across brand launches. The role prioritizes exceptional soft skills, adaptability, and program management discipline over rigid technical experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations and surrounding digital tools.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams and regional operational or marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and repeatable operational processes for post-launch e-commerce support.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of this enablement program, including scheduling, prioritization, and tracking adoption progress.
- Identify critical operational bottlenecks or adoption issues and address them proactively with leadership.
- Drive internal teams toward autonomy by fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
MUST HAVES
- Outstanding soft skills, critical thinking, and a highly adaptable mindset (this is prioritized over specific years of rigid technical experience).
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in program or project management, specifically driving operational readiness or change management initiatives.
- Experience establishing workflows, processes, or training frameworks from scratch (e.g., "train-the-trainer" methodologies).
- High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner with multiple stakeholders (from technical leads to regional managers).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives on problem solving and filling gaps as they are identified.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Hands-on exposure to Shopify or Shopify Plus platform operations.
- Experience working with Prestige Beauty, Enterprise Retail, or global E-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and agile project management tools.
