Exerizon is a fast-growing strategy and technology consulting firm founded by former senior leaders from global consulting and cloud organizations. We help current and future market leaders tackle their greatest challenges — from digital strategy and cloud transformation to data & AI platforms and application modernization. We redefined the traditional consulting model: we share risk with our clients through impact-based remuneration, and we share ownership with our people from day one.
We are looking for a Consultant to join our Technology Advisory practice. This is a role for someone who has learned the craft in a Big4, strategy house, or boutique technology consultancy — and is ready for front-to-end accountability on engagements where the advice actually gets implemented.
What you will do:
- Own workstreams end to end on technology advisory engagements — from problem structuring and analysis through recommendation to executive sign-off
- Assess and design enterprise and solution architectures: current-state reviews, target-state blueprints, cloud adoption roadmaps, application portfolio rationalization, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Shape technology operating models: organization and team topologies, platform and product-centric delivery, governance, sourcing strategy, and the interplay between architecture, security, and delivery functions
- Diagnose and improve SDLC and engineering practices: delivery maturity assessments, agile and hybrid delivery models, quality engineering, and release management
- Advise on DevOps and platform engineering: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps, developer experience, and cloud cost discipline — credibly, in the same room as the client's engineers
- Turn analysis into decisions: build structured, executive-ready storylines and presentations, facilitate workshops, and present recommendations directly to C-level stakeholders
- Contribute to Exerizon's growth: develop our methods and assets, publish insights, support proposals, and mentor junior colleagues
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in technology consulting or advisory — Big4, strategy consulting, or an in-house architecture/transformation role with comparable exposure
- Demonstrated delivery across at least one of our core areas: architecture, operating model design, SDLC improvement, DevOps/platform engineering
- Understanding of modern delivery: agile at scale and its failure modes, product operating models, platform teams, CI/CD toolchains, and what "good" engineering looks like in practice
- Sharp analytical skills — able to structure ambiguous problems, pressure-test vendor claims, and defend a recommendation with evidence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: structured written argumentation, clean executive slides, and confident delivery to senior audiences
- Full professional fluency in Polish and English
- Nice to have:
- Working knowledge of architecture practice and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, C4)
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at the architecture level
- Relevant certifications (TOGAF, cloud architect tracks, SAFe/Scrum)
- Sector experience in banking, insurance, or healthcare, including reference standards (BIAN, ACCORD, HL7)
Benefits
- Direct exposure to C-level clients and real influence over engagement outcomes — no ten-layer review pyramid
- Competitive compensation on B2B contract
- Annual training and certification budget
- Fully remote work model with a central Warsaw office at your convenience
- A seat at the table in shaping a young firm: methods, offerings, hiring, and culture
