  • Partner with functional consultants, technical resources, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand requirements and support solution delivery.

  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.

  • Support system and integration testing, document results, identify issues, and assist with resolution through deployment.

  • Assist with integrations, data validation, reporting, and other technical activities across Eightfold and Workday projects.

  • Troubleshoot configuration, data, integration, and system issues with support from senior team members.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, testing materials, technical documentation, and client-facing deliverables.

  • Participate in client meetings and communicate project updates, questions, and issues clearly and professionally.

  • Build knowledge of AI-enabled talent technology, integrations, APIs, data flows, and emerging capabilities within the Eightfold and Workday ecosystems.

  • Contribute to reusable tools, documentation, processes, and practice assets.

  • Participate in training, certification, and ongoing professional development.

  • Represent The Groove professionally and demonstrate collaboration, accountability, flexibility, and a commitment to high-quality client service.

LEVEL EXPECTATIONS

At the Consultant level, employees are expected to successfully complete assigned project work with guidance from more experienced team members while continuing to build technical and consulting expertise.

Consultants will take ownership of defined project activities, communicate risks and issues proactively, and demonstrate increasing independence as their experience grows. This role is expected to actively seek feedback, develop expertise across Eightfold and Workday, and contribute positively to client engagements and the broader Technical Services team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience with Workday, enterprise applications, SaaS technology, systems consulting, or a related field.

  • Current or prior Workday certification in at least one applicable product or technical area.
