Consultancy Opportunity: Development of ChildFund Australia’s Innovation Mode

ChildFund Australia is seeking an experienced consultancy team to design an organisation-wide Innovation Model and practical toolkit that strengthens how innovation is identified, tested, assessed, funded, scaled and embedded across our programs, partnerships and operations. The consultancy will develop a fit-for-purpose innovation framework, stage-gate process, evidence and learning approach, governance arrangements, and practical toolkit that supports locally led development, meaningful child and youth participation, and innovation for impact at scale. We are seeking consultancy teams with demonstrated experience in innovation systems, stage-gate approaches, organisational change, MEL, scaling and international development.
