The Innovation Portfolio & Partnerships Lead will establish and drive the organization's innovation capability to support the scaling of evidence-based solutions. They will manage a dynamic innovation portfolio and build strategic partnerships across various sectors including academia, philanthropy, and government.
The consultancy team will design an organisation-wide Innovation Model and a practical toolkit to improve how innovation is identified, tested, and scaled. They will also develop a fit-for-purpose innovation framework, governance arrangements, and an evidence-based learning approach.
The Rugby Giving Lead will manage a portfolio of prospective donors to secure significant charitable donations for the Pass It Back Collective. They will leverage their rugby experience and networks to build authentic relationships and represent ChildFund Rugby at various events.
