Requirements
Who You Are
You understand the specific pain points of construction operations and know exactly where the bottlenecks are in project finance.
You likely consult for mid tier construction businesses or have previously worked as a Contract Administrator, Commercial Analyst, or Finance Manager. You are familiar with systems like Procore, JobPac, or Cheops and know how head contractors operate in the $5M to $20M revenue range.
You are ready for something different. You want to escape site demands and project pressure to start selling scalable solutions instead of just your time.
The Role
You have built a career working with head contractors. You understand budgets and the daily grind of running successful jobs. You are the person everyone comes to when they need help with systems or solving problems.

Instead of just offering a referral, you lead the strategy. You provide the construction expertise and the roadmap.
