What You’ll Be Doing

As our Outbound Dialer, you’ll be the voice that connects with potential clients. You’ll dial warm leads generated by our impressive marketing machine and open the door for meaningful conversations that change lives.

You’ll:

Make 1,000 dials per week (autodialer with 10–20% pickup rate) to warm leads

Assess client needs and schedule follow-up appointments with one of our setters

Keep detailed records and follow-up notes to keep the sales pipeline moving

Bring energy, focus, and a winning mindset to every call

This role is a perfect entry point into sales, with a clear progression pathway into a full closing role. If you’re hungry to develop, we’ll back you with training, mentorship, and a roadmap to grow.

Previous phone-based sales experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
