Compliance Field Support Specialist

Candidates must reside in George or Florida to be considered for this role.

The Compliance Specialist IV provides support and direction in the implementation and monitoring of effective programs to support the Company’s compliance efforts, including compliance with rules and regulations associated with pricing accuracy, product quality and safety, and environmental health and safety.  This role supports the retail operations of the Company.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage in on-site support of the Company’s efforts to ensure accurate pricing in retail stores.
• Perform detailed audits of pricing accuracy in stores.
• Evaluate stores against governmental and industry-specific requirements and guidelines on pricing accuracy.
• Partner with retail store operations in conducting training on pricing accuracy.
• Coach, train, and support retail stores in ensuring product quality and safety and environmental health and safety.
• Analyze completed audits and summarize audit results on a periodic basis.
• Identify, direct, and supervise actions when/if an urgent issue is discovered during an audit.  Follow up with field leadership to ensure mitigation.
• Assist with the response to any Notices of Violation, citations, or Return to Compliance, including in the area of pricing accuracy.
• Monitor compliance metrics to ensure proper execution of policies and procedures in a range of compliance areas.
• Monitor new compliance challenges and keep Store Operations apprised of same.
• Provide support on store requests for assistance in all compliance areas.

Position Requirements:

Remote position with approximately 65% Travel

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ experience in compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination education and experience.
• Experience in administering programs with regulatory oversight.
• Strong people skills; the ability to quickly develop relationships and communicate with multiple internal and external business partners.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving; able to creatively solve problems, innovative approaches where required with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and coordination of multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications, such as GSP, ASP, CSP and/or ARM

Projected Salary Range: $67000-75,250
