Compensation Specialist I

We are committed to fair and transparent compensation. The salary range for this role is based on several factors including experience, skills, and qualifications and is $20-$23/hr. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process tax and tax equalisation payments for multiple clients, including communication internally.
• Update of all internal documentation for confirmation of payments including date of payment, amount, payee and any client specific required data.
• Gather and compile applicable cost components, based on client specific documentation to complete global cost estimates including internal and external support on questions, additional data required and revisions.
