A leading technology company is hiring a contract (12 months +) Community Manager, Product Marketing. This opportunity can be worked Remotely or from our client's dynamic HQ in NYC or LA and offers a chance to shape brand conversations across social channels through strategic engagement and community building. *Applications due August 15, 2026. *Community Manager, Product Marketing Responsibilities:* * Monitor daily product-related discussions across social platforms such as X and Reddit, identifying key themes and user sentiments. * Engage authentically with users on behalf of the brand, choosing appropriate responses based on conversation context and impact. * Develop and manage a system for tracking recurring conversation topics related to key product features and narratives. * Prepare and maintain a repository of approved language for common questions, misconceptions, and sensitive topics. * Make editorial decisions about when and how to participate in conversations, emphasizing credible and meaningful engagement. *Community Manager, Product Marketing Qualifications:* * 5+ years of experience managing online communities, social media engagement, or related editorial roles, especially within tech, entertainment, or media brands. * Proven track record actively participating in brand conversations on social platforms like X and Reddit, beyond just publishing content. * Strong understanding of the distinctions between community engagement and customer support, with instinct for appropriate boundaries. * Excellent editorial judgment and real-time decision-making skills to assess conversations and determine engagement strategies. * Fluency in platform-specific cultures and norms across X, Reddit, Instagram, and TikTok, understanding what feels authentic. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
