Our client is hiring a Commercial Real Estate Broker in New York, NY or Houston, TX. This is a full‑time brokerage role with direct responsibility for representing clients in high‑value transactions and building long‑term relationships across the real estate investment community.
Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations of commercial real estate assets.
Negotiate and structure transactions across office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and developers.
Provide valuation guidance, market insights, and transaction strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver competitive processes and maximize asset value.
Active Broker’s License (not agent-level).
Preferred certifications: CCIM or SIOR.
Demonstrated track record of closing commercial real estate transactions.
Strong network within the investment and development community.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Commission-based structure with competitive splits.
Uncapped earning potential directly tied to transaction volume.
