The Role
We are hiring a Commercial Lead to drive revenue and build our go-to-market engine in Mexico. This is a hands-on leadership role for a startup operator who can both close deals and lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In your first 60–90 days, your focus is simple: build a pipeline, work deals, and close revenue.
At the same time, you will begin aligning the team and turning what works into a repeatable motion. Over time, you will take full ownership of the revenue function, ensuring Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operate as a single, aligned engine.
