We are looking for seasoned Commercial P&C Producers with a "Hunter" mentality to join our national team. This role is designed for the professional who is tired of private equity pressure, arbitrary sales quotas, and restrictive non-compete agreements.


In this environment, you are an entrepreneur within our platform. You own your relationships, you own your book, and you are supported by a streamlined back-office that allows you to focus 100% on winning new business.






Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts on a national scale.
  • Niche Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Senior Living/LTC market or your specific portable niche.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize proven alternative risk financing and captive insurance models to reduce client spend and improve risk profiles.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to clients, leveraging our in-house Virtual Assistant and Commercial Client Manager to handle administrative workflows.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Licensing: Active P&C license.
  • Experience: 8–20 years as a Commercial P&C Producer.
  • Specialization: Ideally possesses experience in Senior Living/LTC or another defined, portable niche.
