Commercial finance IT Business leader -Remote

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance IT Business
Leader to join our team. This role will serve as the strategic IT partner to Commercial
Finance, responsible for aligning digital capabilities with business priorities to drive
forecasting accuracy, pricing effectiveness, incentive compensation optimization, and
data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Commercial, and IT leadership to
shape and execute a technology strategy that enables scalable growth and measurable
business outcomes across PSG.

Responsibilities:

Commercial Finance IT Applications:
Own and manage group-level commercial finance IT applications (forecasting,
pricing, SPM, analytics)
Evaluate and rationalize tools to ensure scalable and integrated solutions
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary IT Business Partner to Commercial Finance leadership
(S&OP, Pricing, FP&A, IC)

Act as the voice of the business within IT and ensure strong alignment with
enterprise strategy
Participate in Finance and Commercial leadership meetings as the digital lead
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute the Commercial Finance IT strategy aligned with PSG
priorities
Shape and support STRAP planning and long-term capability roadmaps
Identify opportunities to leverage digital, data, and AI to drive revenue and
margin growth
Strategic Roadmaps & Planning:
Lead development of multi-year roadmaps across:
o Forecasting & planning
o Pricing & revenue management
o Incentive compensation
o Financial analytics
Support annual operating plan and budget development for Commercial Finance IT
Value Delivery & Execution:
Own delivery of Finance IT initiatives from ideation through implementation and
adoption
Prioritize investments based on business value and ROI
Ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in business performance
Data, Analytics & AI Enablement:
Drive adoption of advanced analytics, forecasting models, and AI capabilities
Partner with enterprise data teams to ensure strong data governance and
integration
Enable connected data across Commercial, Finance, and Customer systems
Customer & Internal Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and digital
  priorities
  Help translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
  Evaluate requests from Finance and Commercial teams for digital innovation
  Governance, Budget & Vendor Management:
  Define governance processes for prioritization and delivery
  Manage Commercial Finance IT budget aligned with roadmap priorities
  Manage vendor relationships supporting Finance IT platforms
  Team & Leadership:
  Lead cross-functional product teams including BAs, developers, and external
  partners
  Drive a team culture focused on accountability, innovation, and value delivery
  Serve as a key member of the PSG IT leadership team as a Finance Business
  Partner
  
  
  
  Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  
  Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  10+ years of experience in IT, Digital, or Business Technology roles
  Proven track record and strong experience supporting in a Business Partnering
  capacity for Finance functions (FP&A, Pricing, S&OP, Incentive Compensation)
  Proven experience developing and executing digital or technology strategies
  Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SPM (e.g., Xactly),
  planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), and data/analytics platforms
  Experience working in agile delivery models
