We are seeking an experienced Collections Representative to join our team!

How You’ll Shine

• High volume outbound calls to negotiate, service, and collect on portfolio accounts.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to maximize satisfaction and mitigate complaints or escalations.
• Provide accurate advice on products, services, and accounts.
• Maximize recovery of arrears to ensure targets are consistently met.
• Work toward solutions with customers through empathy and negotiation.
• Make sound decisions based on customer’s ability and willingness to pay, aligned with legislative and policy guidelines.
• Implement timely resolutions for delinquent or irregular accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in collections and servicing systems while ensuring confidentiality.
• Follow up on accounts to ensure payment plans are fulfilled.
• Comply with regulations by completing required training and testing.
• Contribute proactively in team meetings to improve collections and recovery strategies.
• Achieve KPIs and targets on both individual and departmental levels.
• Perform account administration and other duties as required.
