You will join a team of experienced professionals shaping the platform vision, defining engineering best practices, and enabling hundreds of developers (and increasingly AI-powered workflows) to deliver production-ready solutions faster and with greater confidence.

Main responsibilities:
Lead the design and evolution of platform capabilities and engineering standards
Create and improve reusable deployment and infrastructure patterns for development teams
Support the development of end-to-end software delivery processes, from code to production
Collaborate with Security, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams on shared platform solutions
Drive automation and self-service capabilities that simplify developers' daily work
Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams
Contribute to the platform roadmap and help identify areas for continuous improvement
