We are conducting a search on behalf of a growing organization for an experienced Clinical Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven Clinical Recruiter who thrives on finding the right candidate!   This position is not working for Cielo, but rather one of our clients. 

Job Description

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle, direct hire recruitment for high-volume clinical roles on behalf of our client, from intake through offer and placement
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through creative channels — Boolean search, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Build and maintain a strong, ready-to-activate talent pipeline to reduce time-to-fill
• Partner directly with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit
• Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate experience
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate)

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of high-volume, clinical recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success meeting aggressive hiring targets in a client-facing environment
• Creative, resourceful sourcing skills - you go find candidates, not wait for them
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sourcing Strategies 
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective working independently, remotely
