The Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and assuring the clinical quality performance of delivery partners across the supply chain. This includes implementing quality management regimes, conducting audits, and providing expert intervention to ensure contractual standards and performance targets are met.

What you’ll be doing:
The Supply Chain Clinical Quality Manager is accountable for the oversight and assurance of Delivery Partner clinical quality performance and for the effective application of the Clinical Quality Management Regime across the supply chain for both PIP and WCA.
The role ensures Delivery Partners have appropriate quality management arrangements in place to achieve contractual quality standards and targets, including TPL performance, and that these arrangements are evidenced, effective and capable of sustaining required performance.
The role provides oversight and constructive challenge of Delivery Partner quality performance, using quality intelligence, performance data, audit and assurance findings to assess the effectiveness of quality controls, identify emerging risks and understand the underlying drivers of performance.
Where performance, controls or capability are not sufficient, the role provides targeted clinical quality expertise and intervention to support recovery, strengthen Delivery Partner capability and ensure effective corrective and preventative action is implemented and sustained.
Working with Delivery Partner clinical and operational leadership, Clinical Excellence and Supply Chain Management, the postholder provides assurance that quality risks are effectively managed, improvement activity is delivering the intended outcomes and appropriate escalation and intervention occurs where required.
