Clinical Operations Doctor - Preventative Healthcare (Expressions of Interest)

About the role:

Most doctor roles are defined by the consult. This one isn't.

We're looking for AHPRA-registered doctors who want to contribute to high-leverage work behind the scenes: managing clinical workflows, keeping patient care moving between consults, and designing the processes that let us take our membership from 20,000 to well beyond it.

We're looking for someone with AHPRA general registration and 3 to 5 days a week availability, who's genuinely interested in working inside a fast-paced health tech company rather than just alongside one. This is a fully remote role.

Note: we are taking Expressions of Interest from all doctors throughout the year.

Responsibilities and Scope

Clinical workflows:

• Manage Everlab's clinical workflows day to day, including patient requests, referrals and follow-ups, so nothing gets missed between consults.

• Design and improve the workflows themselves. Spot what's breaking, build what replaces it, and help our clinical product offering get better every week.

Patient care:

• Talk with patients directly, answering clinical questions and keeping continuity of care intact.

• Provide clinical oversight across the care team and support other clinicians, so members get safe, timely, consistent care.

Working across the business:

• Work alongside care managers, nurses, doctors, product and engineering teams as we scale past 20,000 members.

What we're looking for:

• Registration: AHPRA general registration, and current or obtainable medical indemnity insurance.

• Availability: 3 to 5 days per week.

• Mindset: A proactive problem solver who thinks ahead rather than waiting for the playbook.

• Adaptability: A team player and fast learner, capable of taking on multiple workflows and improving them collaboratively.

• Precision: Organised and confident owning the details.

• Remote-ready: Comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment, on video and across digital health platforms.

• Nice to have: Previous experience at a health tech company or with AI tools. Background in preventative, lifestyle or longevity medicine.
