Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission — delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our remote team.

Reporting to the Lead RN, you’ll combine direct patient care with opportunities to improve the systems, processes and workflows that support our nursing team. From clinical assessments and patient education to reporting, clinical governance and improvement projects, your work will help shape how we deliver safe, accessible and patient-centred care.

This is a dynamic senior role where priorities can shift throughout the day. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously, using sound clinical judgement and moving between patient care, operational needs and projects while staying aligned with the Lead RN.

What you’ll do

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Support new and existing patients through onboarding, treatment, follow-up and renewals, providing evidence-based education on treatments, medication administration, expected effects, side-effect management and when to seek further care.
• Review clinical questionnaires and patient enquiries, assess treatment suitability and contraindications, and identify matters requiring practitioner review.
• Conduct remote nursing assessments, symptom triage and risk screening within your Registered Nurse scope of practice.
• Manage patient queues, tasks and follow-ups in line with clinical priorities and service standards, supporting daily RN allocation and workforce planning.
• Analyse clinical activity, incidents and operational data to identify risks, trends and opportunities to improve patient care and RN workflows.
• Support RN reporting, dashboards and workforce forecasting, sharing meaningful insights with the Lead RN and VP Clinical Operations.
• Support the delivery and improvement of RN questionnaire pathways, including reviewing completion and conversion data to identify issues affecting the patient journey.
• Help review and update RN policies and clinical guidelines in collaboration with Clinical Governance, and contribute to incident management, audits and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with practitioners, pharmacies, allied health professionals and internal teams to coordinate care and escalate clinical, operational and patient-safety risks.
• Lead or support delegated clinical and operational projects, while guiding and supporting colleagues.

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for an experienced nurse who enjoys both delivering patient care and improving how that care is supported behind the scenes. You’ll bring initiative, strong prioritisation skills and a calm, practical approach to solving problems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current, unconditional AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgement, with the ability to recognise risks, make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
• Confidence working autonomously, including where existing processes don’t address every situation.
• The ability to adapt and move between clinical, operational, reporting and project priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic and professional approach to patient care and colleague support.
• Confidence using digital systems and interpreting data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• A proactive, accountable approach and a commitment to confidentiality, ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
• A genuine interest in telehealth and men’s and women’s health.

Highly regarded:

• Recent primary healthcare experience, particularly in weight management, hair loss, sexual health, skincare or mental health.
• Experience in telehealth or digital health, including asynchronous models of care.
• Experience reviewing clinical questionnaires to assess treatment suitability, contraindications and escalation requirements.
• Previous senior nursing, higher duties, clinical coordination or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience contributing to projects, clinical governance, process improvement or quality initiatives, particularly within health technology.
