Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Informatics Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide strategic direction and expertise on industry best practice methodologies across both commercial and public sector healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and guidance on industry best practice methodologies for health information technology initiatives.
• Support activities outlined in Section 3 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Advise stakeholders on healthcare information technology design, implementation, operations, and modernization efforts.
• Leverage expertise in federal, international, and commercial healthcare IT environments to support project objectives.
• Apply clinical and informatics knowledge to support healthcare transformation and technology initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience supporting health information technology design or implementation.
• Experience supporting MHS GENESIS implementation or operations.
• Knowledge of JOMIS legacy and modern products.
• Experience supporting non-US federal information technology projects (e.g., national information technology implementations of other countries).
• Experience supporting other federal agencies, including HHS, DoD, CMS, and VA.
• Experience supporting commercial healthcare information technology initiatives, including both commercial providers and health plans.
• Minimum education of Medical Doctorate from a U.S. medical school.
• Active clinical license in the United States.
