Who You Are
Curect Neuropsychology is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead and support the delivery of high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services in a fully remote telehealth setting. This leadership role is responsible for promoting clinical excellence, supporting therapist development, maintaining documentation and compliance standards, and collaborating with our in-house neuropsychology team to strengthen care coordination and treatment planning. The position offers professional autonomy within a collegial, mission-driven environment, with administrative support for credentialing, scheduling, and billing.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a clinical advocate for organizational leadership by supporting ownership priorities, reinforcing program standards, and translating strategic goals into effective day-to-day clinical operations.
- Provide overall clinical leadership for the program, including quality improvement, staffing support, and compliance with applicable state, federal, and payer requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support clinical therapists through supervision, performance feedback, professional development, caseload guidance, and support in maintaining clinically appropriate, high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the neuropsychology team to develop individualized, diagnostically informed treatment recommendations and support interdisciplinary care coordination.
- Facilitate clinical team meetings, case consultations, and treatment coordination.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy as clinically indicated.
- Maintain documentation standards, support chart audits and promote quality assurance.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy.
- Active New York State licensure required; additional state licensure is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent skills using digital tools, electronic health records, and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to build rapport with clients, support clinical staff, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
