Work Environment

The LPCC will work remotely, operating from the comfort of their own environment while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Our focus on collaboration allows for a shared approach to treatment, ensuring our counselors can connect with each other and participate in professional development. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend shifts to accommodate client appointments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and establish therapeutic goals.
  • Design and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans that address each client's unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse client populations.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams to enhance the quality of care and ensure a holistic treatment approach.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Mind Wealth Therapies, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and addiction. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their emotional difficulties while fostering resilience and mental wellness through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid LPCC license issued by the state of California.
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in providing both individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques suitable for addressing various mental health issues.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the capability to build strong rapport with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity in client interactions and documentation.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's education and experience.
