 CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Temporary 7 Months contract Clinical Data Administrator (Remote work)

 Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $51,000 per year

 What you will do 

•  The Clinical Data Administrator will be responsible for efficiently handling client referrals, collaborating closely with the clinical team, and managing data entry tasks such as service authorizations and care plans in accordance with CBI policies. The role requires effective communication with various internal teams, attention to details, and the adaptability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
  
• Responds to client referrals and updates to care provision in a timely efficient manner.
  
• Works effectively with the clinical team.
  
• Data Entry, Inputs service authorization and care plan using tools, forms and processes as aligned with CBI policy, procedures, and guidelines. 
  
• Review and process Clinical Data Admin tasks like client terminations, client visit times changes...etc in the AlayaCare software. 
• Participate in administrative projects like visit validation
  

 What you will need to be successful 

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Unit Clerk or Medical Office Assistant Certificate preferred
• Two years relevant experience
• Medical knowledge and/or medical background considered an asset 
• Advanced Computer Skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
