We're seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Clients & Markets Coordinator to join our team supporting an Australian engineering and consulting business.
This role will be employed through our trusted Philippines-based partner agency and will work closely with Australian stakeholders across Clients & Markets, Business Development, Marketing, and operational teams.
The Clients & Markets Coordinator provides critical coordination support across business development, pursuit activities, client engagement, marketing initiatives, and commercial processes.
Responsibilities
As Clients & Markets Coordinator, you will support the delivery of client, market, and business development activities, including:
- Coordinate bids, tenders, proposals, and business development activities from opportunity tracking through to final submission.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline information, and content libraries including case studies, project profiles, CVs, and capability materials.
- Support the preparation and coordination of proposals, capability statements, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and other client-facing documents.
- Assist with client engagement activities, industry events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives, including logistics, communications, and reporting.
- Provide administration and coordination support to the Clients & Markets team, including reporting, stakeholder coordination, meeting support, and continuous improvement activities.
About you
- Previous experience in clients and markets, business development, bid coordination, proposal management, marketing coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing workflow inputs
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across different locations and time zones
