Client Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in scheduling and managing interpreting appointments.
• Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and company policies.
• Resolve client issues or escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with interpreting teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently and professionally.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and adapt.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is highly desirable.
