We are currently seeking candidates for a Remote Full-Time and Permanent role as a Client Success Specialist.

We are seeking an energetic, focused, passionate professional to join our Client Success Team to assist with and execute core business processes in a demanding, fast-paced environment. This team is the liaison between our clients and our staff which includes our Management Team, Sales Team, Processing Team, and Photography Partners in the field. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful, self-starter, who has a keen marketing eye and an ability to think outside the box, all while sincerely having our clients’ best interest at heart.

Reports To: Client Success Manager

Salary Range:

$40,000 - $42,000 USD

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a critical liaison between our clients and internal staff.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with our clients one interaction at a time by phone, email, online chat, and text.

  • Calmly assist and respond to demanding clients, resolving issues quickly and to completion.

  • Assure total client satisfaction during each interaction.

  • Respond to an average of 40-60 client interactions per day (between voice, email, chat, and text).

  • Identify improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers.

  • Support the Partner Success team, QA team, and Processing team to answer any client-related questions through chats, tickets and video chat.

  • Communicate within the Client Success Team and coordinating task coverage

  • Report bugs, challenges, and potential improvements to our systems with detailed documentation and work with our engineering team to resolve

  • Work together as a Team to ensure that we are finding and implementing efficiencies in processes, workflows, and division of responsibilities within the team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong alignment with Virtuance’s company values

  • Strong technical aptitude, experience in Google Apps, MS Office, CRM applications, solid digital file management skills; and proven ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Creative, resourceful, process-focused, detail-oriented, efficiency-driven

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute various tasks in a busy environment with many interruptions.

  • Taking pride in making clients happy, demonstrating accountability and ownership of any issue; working through even the toughest challenges with a positive mindset and demeanor

  • Ability to be open, honest, and direct in giving and receiving feedback.

  • Knowledge of real estate or digital photography is a plus.

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
