The Client Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, managing relationships and providing timely support. They will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
We are seeking a Korean-Speaking Client Success Specialist to manage client relationships, provide customer support, and ensure Korean-speaking clients receive timely, effective assistance throughout their engagement.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English, highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client needs. You will build strong relationships, resolve concerns, coordinate internally, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time (with 1 hour unpaid break)
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients. Conduct regular check-ins, understand client needs, and communicate updates proactively.
Support & Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and other channels. Resolve concerns, escalate complex issues, and follow up to closure.
Internal Coordination: Work with Finance, Operations, IT, and other teams to address client requests and ensure alignment with expectations.
Retention: Monitor client satisfaction, identify risks to retention, and recommend solutions or process improvements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions, and prepare account updates as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken.
Previous experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
Comfortable with email, chat, video calls, and phone.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
