We're hiring a Client Success Coach to help our gym owner clients get better results, stay accountable, and maximize their return on investment with us. This is not a customer service role. It's a coaching, accountability, retention, and results role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, helping them generate more leads, book more appointments, sign more members, and grow their businesses.

The ideal candidate genuinely cares about helping people succeed, is comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary, and thrives on coaching others to higher levels of performance and execution.
