Client Relationship Manager
CuraLinc is seeking a highly energetic client success professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) clients (small business). The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to account retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage And Grow Client Relationships: Act as the Primary Point of Contact for a Defined Book of Business of 150+ Small Business EAP Clients, Maintaining and Growing Business Relationships by Delivering a Consistent, Value-Added Experience, Proactively Managing Renewals, and Identifying Opportunities to Expand Services in Alignment with Client Goals
- Provide Consultative Recommendations and Evaluate Program Performance: Offer Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of Their EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Translating Utilization Data and Program Insights into Actionable Strategies — While Managing All Aspects of Program Performance Internally and Externally Through Business Reviews, Service Metric Tracking, and Coordination with Clinical and Operations Teams
- Develop Client-Specific Engagement Strategies: Partner with Client Plan Sponsors to Develop and Implement Culturally Relevant Engagement Strategies for EAP and/or Wellness Programs, Including Multi-Channel Communication Plans and Awareness Campaigns That Drive Employee Participation
- Coordinate Benefit Integration and Understand Product Suite: Coordinate CuraLinc's EAP and Behavioral Health Services with a Client's Other Benefit Plan Components, Serving as a Knowledgeable Resource to Brokers, Consultants, and HR Teams — While Maintaining a Working Understanding of CuraLinc's Product Suite, Industry Trends, and Competitive Positioning to Ensure Seamless Benefit Delivery and Effectively Articulate CuraLinc's Value
- Represent CuraLinc Healthcare: Represent CuraLinc at Client Presentations, Health Fairs, and Other Events — Including Open Enrollments and Wellness Workshops — Presenting Program Outcomes with Confidence and Reinforcing CuraLinc's Commitment to Employee Mental Health
- Contribute To Team Success: Actively Participate in Team Meetings, Cross-Functional Initiatives, And Leadership Requests, Fostering A Collaborative and Positive Team Environment That Reflects CuraLinc's Mission and Values

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) to Four (4) Years of Relevant Client Management Experience
- Healthcare, Employee Benefits or Insurance Account Management Experience is Preferred (EAP, PBM, UM, Wellness, TPA, Carrier, Broker, etc.)
- BA/BS Degree
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective Speaking, Presentation and Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Abilities
