Client Onboarding Specialist (Virtual) for a USA company - Remote

We're looking for a Coach / Virtual Assistant to join our Fulfillment team and provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients. In this role, you'll conduct one-on-one video onboarding calls, guide clients through their first steps, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident moving forward in the program.

This is a client-facing role best suited for someone energetic, personable, and enjoys building connections through conversation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one onboarding video calls with new clients.
• Walk clients through the onboarding process, program expectations, and first steps.
• Discuss client goals and answer initial questions.
• Schedule each client's next call with their advisor.
• Follow established scripts and onboarding processes while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
• Deliver a consistent, positive client experience.
• Support additional fulfillment tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience working with shared living and/or sober living homes is a plus.
• Real estate knowledge is a plus.
• Available to work U.S. Pacific Time business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM PT); weekend availability is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
• Comfortable leading one-on-one video calls.
• Quick learner who can follow scripts and processes.
• Proactive, organized, and reliable.
• Long-term mindset.
• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, coaching, virtual assistance, customer support, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience following scripts or talk tracks.
